Was reading Straits Times in the wee hours of the morning, around 6am..

I came across this article titled: 'Undergrad's Love Declaration during Lecture Backfires'

In my mind I was thinking, "Wow! I admire his courage!"

The article is about a NUS undergrad who rope in his lecturer to help in his confession to a girl that he barely know.. The lecturer flashes a transparency on the OHP and suddenly the male lead appear and presented a bouquet of flowers to the female lead in the presence of the whole cohort. The girl was horrified but kept calm and gave him her number.

But later that night, she blog and said that she was horrified and disgusted by his act. The reason why this incident was blown up is becuase a nosey poker actally videotaped the whole "process" and air it online, thus causing a online commotion.

I was thinking to myself how will I react if this were to happen to me.

If the guy is one that I love, I will find it rather touching and might even tear.. But if the guy is one that I had no idea that he likes me or that i rejected him once, i will definitely FAINT on the spot or wil simply laugh it off and say, "Hey!! Dun rehearse here can? What a goood advertising idea huh!!!"

But the bottom line is, It takes lotsa courage for him to do that but he should seriously choose a right timing and right spot to confess.

No matter wad, cheerios to the undergrad!

As for the girl, chill! You should be honoured that a man is willing to do that to you!

I dun even have that fortune! Hah!
